Mythili has worked on several projects on housing, post disaster rehabilitation homes in Kollam and Urban design for the monorail project, while pursuing her Bachelor’s degree. She also  worked as an architect with Habitat Technology Group on low cost and sustainable housing. She was an educational support volunteer for Make a Difference, Trivandrum, which focused on the education and provision of equitable outcomes for children in shelter homes.


While Mythili was completing her Master’s at CEPT, she was a part of in-house projects such as ward level solid waste management plan for Ahmedabad, heritage management plan for Ahmedabad and transit oriented development of Hong Kong metro. Her Master’s thesis was a directed research project in association with the university, based on improving the service delivery of urban governments by incorporating  better organisational design and citizenparticipation.


At IIHS, Mythili is working on Recovery with Dignity (RwD) Project.
