Jasmitha has an MSc in Urbanisation and Development from LSE. Her research interests include urban futures, urban resilience and environmental vulnerabilities.


She previously worked on community-based resources for fishing communities in Chennai and on sustainable housing in Auroville.


At IIHS, Jasmitha supports the Recovery with Dignity project to help understand experiences of recovery in post-disaster situations.
